It is ideal for experienced financial safety-net practitioners, policymakers, senior employees in the financial services sector, and individuals aiming to specialize in financial services skill-based professions.
The program follows a rolling admission system, with classes commencing quarterly—four cohorts per year. Each twelve-week cohort is delivered entirely online, featuring an interactive ‘residency’ component that enables in-depth faculty-student engagement before graduation. With a competitive and affordable fee structure, participants will gain specialized financial knowledge and industry-relevant expertise, positioning them for leadership roles and enhanced career opportunities in financial services occupations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
The Advanced Course is priced at ₦630,000 ($400), with a retake fee of ₦75,000 ($50). Admission requires either a Basic Certificate, satisfactory completion of the Basic Course subjects, or Associate Membership of a recognized professional body with at least five years of work experience. Applicants seeking subject waivers must obtain approval from the Governing Council, and all waiver fees shall apply. The application process is fully online via UNNBS and ISDIS websites, where candidates generate an application number, pay the required fee, and receive a registration number and admission letter upon completion. Admissions are conducted quarterly (January–March, April–June, July–September, October–December), with the first two weeks dedicated to registration, followed by ten weeks of coursework and evaluation. Examinations are virtual, and a minimum score of 50% is required to pass.
