DR. TAMUNODEIN W.O ALASIA

Dr. Tamunodein Walter Alasia was born in Soku Town in Akuku-Toru Local Government Area (AKULGA) of Rivers State in Nigeria on June 21st, 1962. He had his Primary Education at Holy Trinity Primary School in Soku Town; his Secondary School at Nyemoni Grammar School (NGS), Abonnema in AKULGA, and Higher School certificate (HSC) at Baptist High School, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Dr. Alasia had his Bachelor of Science Degrees (BSC) Honours in Second class Upper Division in Economics from the University of Maduguri in 1987. He had his Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Finance from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 1995 and Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D) in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria in 2004. He also has a Diploma in Micro-Finance Banking in 2008 from the Ateneo De Manila University, Philippines and Diploma in Philosophy, Comparative Religion and Theosophy from the Theosophical University, Madras, India.
